Problem

Personal and family finances are often fragmented across accounts, informal notes, and disconnected reports. Manual expense entry creates additional friction, making it difficult to maintain accurate balances, budgets, savings progress, and debt visibility.

Solution

Designed and built Finanxyra as one financial workspace for personal and family scopes. The platform combines deterministic Laravel financial calculations with a responsive React interface, confirm-before-save WhatsApp capture, AI-assisted recommendations, and an installable PWA experience.

Impact

Centralized daily financial activity and reporting across personal and family scopes. Reduced transaction-recording friction through conversational WhatsApp messages such as “beli bensin 50k.” Kept balances and reports consistent by routing web and WhatsApp transactions through the same financial services. Turned deterministic monthly metrics into understandable financial summaries and actionable guidance.

Planned the product, system architecture, relational data model, financial rules, and personal-versus-family access boundaries.
Built Laravel services for accounts, transactions, transfers, budgets, saving goals, debts, reports, and atomic balance updates.
Implemented the React 19 and Inertia interface with responsive financial dashboards, charts, theme support, and PWA behavior.
Integrated a whatsapp-web.js gateway that parses natural-language expenses, creates temporary drafts, and requests confirmation before saving.
Connected structured monthly financial metrics to the Laravel AI SDK for summaries, prioritized recommendations, and practical next actions.
